Milestone Global Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held via video conferencing.

Electronic copies of the AGM notice and annual report for FY 2024-25 will be sent to shareholders with registered email addresses.

Shareholders holding shares in dematerialized mode are requested to update their email and mobile details with their depository participants, while those holding physical shares should provide these details to the company’s registrar.

Remote e-voting will be available for shareholders to cast their votes on the AGM business.

The AGM notice will also be available on the company’s website and stock exchange portals.
