Consolidated total income was ₹4,730.54 lakh, delivering a profit after tax of ₹940.32 lakh.

The company appointed SPANJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditors, extending their tenure to five years, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, Dr. Mahabaleshwar Ganpat Palekar has been appointed as an Independent Director for five years, bringing over 30 years of experience in management and strategic planning.
