Nila Spaces has announced a board meeting on 29 July 2025 to 4 August 2025 for the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The register of members will be closed during this period.

E-voting will be available from 1 August 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 3 August 2025. Shareholders eligible to vote must hold shares as of the cut-off date, 29 July 2025. The AGM will be conducted through video conferencing.
