Rane (Madras) Limited has announced a board meeting through video conference to be held for conducting its 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) and transacting business via electronic voting.

Shareholders recorded as of the cut-off date will be eligible to vote remotely or during the AGM.

The company has appointed a practicing company secretary as the scrutinizer to ensure a fair voting process.

Members who have not updated their KYC details are urged to do so to participate in e-voting.

The Annual Report and AGM notice will be available electronically on the company and stock exchange websites.
