AVI Polymers Ltd. has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Meanwhile, Rootsparkle Trading Private Limited has made an open offer to acquire 26% stake in AVI Polymers at ₹13 per share.

The acquirer has already purchased 25.17% through a share purchase agreement and will become the promoter post-offer.

The acquirer’s unaudited financials show a profit after tax of ₹17.81 lakh for the period ended February 28, 2025. The target company reported a profit after tax of ₹81.68 lakh for FY25 with a book value per share of ₹13.85. The acquirer has appointed two directors on AVI’s board and completed initial acquisition steps.
