RR MetalMakers India Limited has received a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent confirming that all securities submitted for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed and listed on the relevant stock exchanges.

The physical share certificates were duly mutilated and cancelled, and the depositories’ names have been updated as registered owners in the company’s records within the stipulated timeframe.
