Igarashi Motors India has announced a board meeting on July 31, 2025, as the record date for the final dividend payout and the 33rd Annual General Meeting.

The share transfer books and register of members will be closed from August 1 to August 8, 2025, inclusive.

Shareholders holding equity shares by the record date will be eligible for the final dividend and to participate in the AGM.
