Super Bakers (India) Ltd. has submitted a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, confirming that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed—either accepted or rejected—and the corresponding certificates were cancelled after verification.

The dematerialised securities have been updated in the company’s register and are listed on the stock exchanges where existing securities trade.

This ensures smooth and compliant handling of share transfers, maintaining accurate shareholder records and supporting liquidity for investors.
