Mr. Nikhare brings over 8 years of experience in secretarial and legal matters, including SEBI listing compliance, Companies Act, FEMA, and labor laws.

He holds degrees in Law and Commerce and has worked with several listed and multinational companies.

He holds no shares in the company and has no relation to any director or promoter.
