Flomic Global Logistics has received a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Transfer Agent, Adroit Corporate Services, confirming that all securities submitted for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed and listed on the relevant stock exchanges.

The physical certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification, and the depositories' names were updated in the register of members within 15 days.

This ensures smooth electronic trading and accurate shareholder records, supporting operational efficiency and investor confidence.
