Citadel Realty and Developers Limited has announced a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., confirming that all securities received for dematerialization up to June 30, 2025, have been processed and updated in the depositories.

The physical share certificates have been cancelled and replaced with electronic records within 15 days of receipt.

This ensures smooth and timely dematerialization of shares, supporting efficient trading and ownership transfer for shareholders.
