Pricol Limited has announced a board meeting.

The company’s statutory auditor, VKS Aiyer & Co, has resigned due to the need for a larger audit firm with multi-city operations to support Pricol’s expanded scale and geographic reach.

The auditor confirmed no concerns or issues with the company’s financials and will continue duties until a new auditor is appointed.

The Audit Committee and Board acknowledged the resignation and appreciated the auditor’s contributions during their tenure.
