Company Update

Unistar Multimedia Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the appointment of Mr. Naman Bhanubhai Shah as Executive Director, and Mr. Apurvabhai Dilipbhai Shah and Mr. Nitesh Jagmohan Vashistha as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors, all subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Apurvabhai Dilipbhai Shah was also appointed Chairperson.

The board noted the resignations of Mr. Vishal Raval, Mr. Dharmendra Arunbhai Rathod, and Mrs. Kinjal Raval, effective from earlier dates.

These leadership changes reflect a strategic refresh in the company’s governance, potentially impacting its future direction and oversight.
