Scrip Code: 530929 Company Symbol: EUROASIA Subject: Strategic MoU Signed with CYGR (France) for Drone Manufacturing JV Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, we are pleased to inform that RRP group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CYGR, a Franco-American and drone technology company, to establish a Joint Venture (JV) focused on manufacturing advanced drone systems in India under the Make in India initiative.

The JV will be structured with RRP Defense Limited (“Company”) holding 90% and CYGR holding 10%. The venture will include a state-of-the-art drone manufacturing facility along with a dedicated R&D centre in Navi Mumbai.

This collaboration aims to produce next-generation drone systems tailored for defence, surveillance, and strategic applications, with a strong focus on local manufacturing, technology transfer, and skill development.

A formal press conference is scheduled on Tuesday to announce further details.

This initiative marks a significant step towards India’s technological and defence self- reliance under the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision.
