04 Withdrawal/cancellation or suspension of licence/approval by the regulatory or licensing authority, with reasons for such action, estimated impact (monetary or otherwise) on the listed entity and penalty, if any The withdrawal was a voluntary decision by the Board of Softlink Global Private Limited due to continued delays in implementation, which affected long-term strategies, business growth, capital flexibility, and ESOP issuance.

The estimated impact includes delayed strategic initiatives and limited business agility.
