Ladderup Finance has submitted a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India.

The certificate confirms that all securities received for dematerialisation during the past quarter were properly processed, accepted or rejected, and updated with depositories.

It also ensures that physical share certificates received for dematerialisation were correctly cancelled and the company's register of members updated.
