Chadha Papers' Board has appointed Mr. Iqbal Singh and Mr. Suresh Chandra Dhani as new Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval.

This follows the departure of Mr. Naveen Saxena and Mr. Anand Sharma due to tenure completion.

The company also reconstituted its key Board committees—Nomination & Remuneration, Audit, Stakeholders' Relationship, and CSR—with the new directors assuming pivotal roles.
