Chadha Papers has refreshed its board by appointing Mr. Iqbal Singh and Mr. Suresh Chandra Dhani as new Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

These appointments follow the completion of tenure for Mr. Naveen Saxena and Mr. Anand Sharma.

The new directors bring expertise in marketing, strategy, finance, and operations.

This leadership change has also led to the reconstitution of key board committees, including Nomination & Remuneration, Audit, Stakeholders' Relationship, and CSR, enhancing corporate governance and strategic oversight for the company's future.
