Gautam Exim's Board has met to address key corporate governance matters.

Mr. Balasubramanian Raman was appointed as an Executive Director, effective immediately, bringing over 33 years of paper industry experience.

The board will also seek shareholder approval for Mr. Parmeshwar Ojha's re-appointment.

The 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for August 14th at 11:30 AM via video conference, with Mr. Vishal Dewang appointed as scrutinizer for voting.

The book closure for the AGM is from August 7th to August 14th, with August 7th also being the e-voting cut-off date.
