SIS Limited's Investment Committee approved an investment of up to INR 8 Cr in Installco Wify Technology Private Limited (Wify). This includes INR 3.50 Cr primary and INR 4.50 Cr secondary investments, resulting in a 4.56% stake.

Wify is a B2B2C home improvement services platform, offering tech-enabled installation and post-purchase services across 105 Indian cities, serving 178 B2B clients and 5 lakh+ homes.

This strategic move aligns with SIS's program to back tech-enabled companies providing synergistic benefits for its Security and Facility Management segments, especially on the B2C front.

A senior management member will co-invest 0.30 Cr.
