ABATE AS Industries Limited's shareholders have approved key changes to the Board of Directors at its 34th Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Ali Thonikkadavath has been re-designated from Non-Executive to Independent Director.

The company has also appointed three new Independent Directors: Mr. Rishin Rasheed, Mr. Ambramoli Purushothaman, and Mr. Sivadas Chettoor, bringing diverse expertise in operations, finance, and audit.

Additionally, shareholders approved the continuation of Mr. Mohammed Kutty Arikuzhiyil as a director after he turns 75. These moves aim to strengthen the board's independence and expertise, crucial for robust governance and strategic oversight, benefiting shareholders.
