Dolphin Medical Services has submitted a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. This certificate verifies that all physical share certificates received for dematerialization during the period were properly processed, confirmed to depositories, and subsequently listed on the stock exchange.

It also confirms these certificates were duly cancelled and the new electronic holdings recorded within the stipulated timeframe.

This ensures accurate and secure handling of shareholder dematerialization requests, maintaining proper shareholding records.
