Madhur Industries Ltd. has announced a significant change in its auditing firm.

The company's Board of Directors accepted the resignation of J U SHAH AND CO., their previous Statutory Auditors.

To fill the vacancy, the Board, following input from the Audit Committee, approved the appointment of M/s S D P M & CO. as the new Statutory Auditors.

This appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, ensuring continuity in the company's audit processes.
