Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd. (AYCL) has announced a change in its board of directors.

Shri Brajesh Kumar Srivastava, Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Heavy Industries, has been appointed as the new Part-time Official Director (Government Nominee) by the President of India.

He replaces Shri Arun Kumar Diwan, who has relinquished the post.

This transition ensures the continued government representation on AYCL's board, impacting the company's governance and oversight.

Shri Srivastava will assume his directorship upon receiving his Director Identification Number.
