Shrenik Limited's promoter, Shrenik Vimawala, reported the invocation of 2,510,320 shares (0.42% of total share capital) by Aditya Birla Finance Ltd. These shares were originally pledged as collateral security for the company's benefit.

Following this invocation, the promoter's total shareholding has slightly decreased from 25.60% to 25.18%.
