Ashima Limited has completed a partial early redemption of its Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The company redeemed NCDs worth ₹45 Cr, exercising its call option.

These NCDs were originally issued for ₹1,00,000 each.

Following this redemption, ₹5 Cr in NCDs remain outstanding.

The company paid simple interest at 12% per annum on the redeemed amount.

This move significantly reduces the company's debt obligations and could positively impact its financial leverage.
