Shree Steel Wire Ropes' board has approved the financial results for the quarter.

The company reported a total revenue of ₹7.14 Cr and a profit after tax of ₹0.02 Cr.

This quarter saw significant leadership changes: Mr. Anil L. Sajnani resigned as Managing Director, and Mr. Ashish L. Sajnani was appointed as the new MD.

Other key appointments include Mrs. Kirtee Anil Sajnani as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, Mr. Aryan Anil Sajnani as Additional Director (Executive), and Mr. Niranjan Choudhary as the new CFO.
