Rapid Multimodal Logistics has submitted a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.

This confirms that a specific securities regulation is not applicable to the company because all of its shares are held entirely in dematerialized (demat) form.

This means there are no physical shares, simplifying ownership and trading for investors.

The RTA also confirmed that no requests were received to convert electronic shares back to physical form during the quarter ending June 30, 2025. This ensures continued ease and efficiency in electronic share management for shareholders.
