The company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent has confirmed compliance regarding the processing of dematerialised securities for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. All physical share certificates submitted for conversion into electronic form were duly processed, either accepted or rejected, and subsequently listed on stock exchanges.

The old physical certificates were properly cancelled after verification, and the electronic holders' names were updated in the company's records within the required timeframe.
