The company addressed observations from the National Stock Exchange concerning its financial statement submissions.

Zenith clarified that previously submitted documents, including the Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow, contained typographical errors.

"Standalone Financial Statement" and "Standalone Statement of Cash Flow" were mistakenly mentioned instead of their "Consolidated" counterparts.

The company has now submitted the corrected Consolidated Financial Statement and Consolidated Statement of Cash Flow for the period.

Regarding another observation about the format of the financial results, Zenith Steel Pipes stated that their submission aligns with the prescribed format and requested further details from the exchange about any missing information.
