Borosil Scientific Limited (BOROSCI) has announced its 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on August 11 at 3:00 p.m. via video conferencing.

Shareholders can exercise their voting rights through remote e-voting, which opens on August 7 at 9:00 a.m. and closes on August 10 at 5:00 p.m.

The cut-off date for eligibility to vote and attend the AGM is August 4. The Annual Report for FY24-25 will be dispatched electronically to eligible members.
