TRANSVOY LOGISTICS INDIA LIMITED's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent has confirmed the successful processing of share dematerialisation requests for the recent quarter.

This means all physical shares submitted by investors for conversion into electronic form were properly handled – either accepted or rejected – and subsequently listed on stock exchanges.

The old physical certificates were cancelled, and the new electronic ownership was recorded with depositories on time.
