Solex Energy is changing its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from Skyline Financial Services Private Limited to KFin Technologies Limited.

The company has obtained preliminary approvals from CDSL and NSDL after executing necessary tripartite agreements.

A final agreement between the company, the outgoing, and incoming RTAs is currently under process and expected soon.

This operational shift is intended to ensure a smooth transition for all shareholders.
