Madhur Industries Ltd. has received a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. This certificate confirms that all securities received for dematerialisation were efficiently processed, either accepted or rejected, and subsequently listed on stock exchanges.

It also ensures that physical share certificates were properly cancelled after verification, and the company's register of members was updated with the depositories' names, maintaining accurate shareholder records.
