The company's Fund Raising Committee has approved the allotment of 50 lakh equity shares to public category investors on a preferential basis.

These shares, with a face value of Rs. 10 each, were issued at Rs. 25 per share, raising Rs. 12.50 Cr for the company.

This capital infusion increases the fully paid-up capital to Rs. 25.67 Cr, comprising 2.56 crore equity shares.

This move strengthens the company's financial position, providing funds for business operations.

Allotted shares are subject to a lock-in period.

Further allotment of 57.5 lakh warrants is pending receipt of funds.
