Clara Industries' Fund raising committee has approved the allotment of 50 lakh equity shares to Non-Promoter, Public Category investors, including North Star Opportunities Fund VCC and Eminence Global Fund PCC.

Issued at Rs. 25 per share on a preferential basis, this initiative successfully raised Rs. 12.50 Cr for the company.

Consequently, the company's fully paid-up capital now stands at Rs. 25.67 Cr, comprising 2.56 Cr equity shares.

This capital infusion strengthens the balance sheet, providing essential resources for future operational expansion and business growth.

An additional allotment of 57.50 lakh warrants is pending receipt of funds.
