Spenta International's Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sashikant N. Newatia as a Non-Executive Independent Director.

This decision, which followed the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's input, is for a second term of five years, effective 17th July, 2025. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

This move aims to ensure continued independent oversight and experience on the board, maintaining board stability and independent governance.
