Alchemist Corporation Limited has announced upcoming changes to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Surojit Bose, a tech entrepreneur, has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

Concurrently, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar will step down as an Independent Director due to other commitments.

This transition will lead to the reconstitution of key committees, including the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees.

These changes aim to strengthen the company's governance and introduce new perspectives to the board.
