Lotus Chocolate has appointed Mr. Natarajan Mayuram Venkataraman as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director for a five-year term, effective July 16. This strategic move, following a Nomination and Remuneration Committee proposal, brings a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the retail and consumer goods sectors.

Mr. Natarajan currently heads Chocolates, Biscuits & Confectionery at Reliance Consumer Products and has held key roles at Wrigley India and Mars International.

His expertise in brand building, product strategy, and supply chain in processed foods is expected to significantly strengthen the company's operational leadership and market presence.

The appointment awaits member approval.
