Wherrelz IT Solutions confirmed a standard compliance update for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent reported that the regulation concerning the processing of share dematerialization and rematerialization requests is not applicable.

This is because all of the company's shares are entirely held in electronic (demat) form, and no requests for converting shares between physical and demat form were received during the quarter.

This indicates a fully electronic shareholding base, simplifying investor transactions.
