TechN Vision Ventures' Board has re-appointed Mr. Venkata Satya Surya Narayana Raju Chiluvuri as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.

This decision, following the proposal from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Chiluvuri brings over two decades of experience in product development, including his current role as CEO at SPPS Systems Pvt. Ltd., and past leadership positions at Cyber Infotech Systems, Advantest, and Oracle.

His continued tenure strengthens the board's expertise and governance.
