Integra Engineering India has issued 30,000 new equity shares under its 2015 Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP). These shares were allotted to eligible employees at a face value of Re.

1/- each, with an additional premium of Rs. 35 per share.

This initiative is a key part of the company's strategy to incentivize its workforce.

Post-allotment, the total number of outstanding shares stands at 34,425,196, slightly increasing the company's equity base.
