ASIAN WAREHOUSING LIMITED has executed an unsecured loan agreement with its Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Bhavik Bhimjyani, who is also a promoter.

The agreement establishes an overall limit of Rs. 10 crore for the fiscal year 2025-2026. This loan is intended to meet business exigencies, including general corporate, administrative, and operational expenses.

As of the agreement, Rs. 3.53 crore is outstanding.

This related party transaction is stated to be at arm's length, providing crucial funding for the company's immediate operational needs and growth.
