Pradeep Metals Limited has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025, via video conference.

Shareholders can access the Annual Report 2024-25 via the company's website.

The company also declared a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share for 2024-25, with the record date set for August 1, 2025, and payment from August 16, 2025. Shareholders are urged to update their KYC details and email addresses to facilitate electronic communication and ensure receipt of payments.

E-voting will be available from August 6 to August 8, 2025.
