Ind-Swift Limited announces that the NCLT Chandigarh Bench has approved the Scheme of Arrangement for Amalgamation of Ind-Swift Limited with Ind-Swift Laboratories Limited.

This approval paves the way for the merger of the two entities, effective from March 31, 2024. The scheme will become binding once the certified NCLT order is filed with the Registrar of Companies.

Upon this, Ind-Swift Limited will be dissolved without winding up.

This is a significant step towards consolidating operations and streamlining the business structure.
