Ganga Pharmaceuticals' board has approved the allotment of 10.75 lakh new equity shares, each at an issue price of ₹14. These shares were issued following the conversion of warrants by both promoter and non-promoter investors, who paid the remaining 75% subscription amount.

This move increases the company's total paid-up equity share capital from ₹4.84 Cr to ₹5.91 Cr.

This capital infusion strengthens the company's financial base by converting previously issued warrants into equity, reflecting investor confidence.
