Tata Technologies holds a 10% stake, contributing to the initial paid-up capital of ₹0.1 Cr for TMF.

This strategic move aims to consolidate the Tata Group's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.

While enhancing the group's social outreach, this initiative is not expected to have any material financial or operational impact on Tata Technologies' core business, underscoring their commitment to broader societal goals.
