Jaysynth Orgochem has announced the transfer of unclaimed dividends and corresponding shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority.

This applies to dividends that have remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years, specifically the final equity dividend for the Financial Year 2017-18. Shareholders with unclaimed dividends for this period will have their shares and dividend amounts transferred to the IEPF.

The company has notified affected shareholders individually and through public advertisements.

Shareholders should claim their dividends before the deadline to avoid this transfer, after which all claims must be made directly with the IEPF Authority.
