ASI Industries' board has approved the re-appointment of Ms. Anita Jatia as Whole-time Director for a further period of three years, effective September 1, 2025. This decision is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Ms. Jatia brings rich experience in Business Administration, Marketing Systems, Safety, Environment, and CSR.

She currently holds 3,033,392 shares in the company.

This re-appointment ensures continuity in key operational leadership.
