Fundviser Capital (India) Limited has received regulatory approval for the reclassification of Mrs. Namrata Kapil Jain, Ms. Prachi Dhannalal Jain, and Sureshchand Chhotelal Jain (HUF) from the "Promoter/Promoter Group" to the "Public" category.

This changes their official status within the company's shareholder base.

Following this reclassification, the company's shareholding structure is updated: Promoters now hold 39,25,169 shares (66.36%), while Public shareholders hold 19,89,831 shares (33.64%). This formal change aligns the classification of these individuals with their current status.
